Panificio Pasticceria Doper is located in Molveno, on the Paganella Plateau. For over a century, we have carried on the art of bread-making with passion, supplying bread to hotels, restaurants, bars, sandwich shops, and many other businesses throughout Trentino.

Our story is rooted in the tradition of mountain bread: from hand-kneaded dough and baking in the wood-fired ovens of the past, to today’s modern technologies, which allow us to preserve quality, flavor, and authenticity. The Pandop recipes, passed down through generations, still distinguish our products today and tell the story of a craft that combines experience, care, and passion.

Alongside tradition, we also offer new specialties: specialty breads, frozen bread, biscuits, cakes, and made-to-order cakes, together with plenty of options for breakfast, afternoon snacks, and every moment of the day.
